This ceramic wall tile features my original pencil drawing of a dog riding in the car, taking in the world as a passenger. It’s a familiar moment for anyone who’s traveled with a dog — that quiet mix of motion, curiosity, and companionship. The drawing is applied directly to the porcelain surface, then framed with a hand‑applied cobalt blue glaze, a deep, vivid color that gives the piece a bold, energetic presence.

Each tile is individually made, so the drawing, glaze, and surface textures all have their own personality. The tile naturally fires into a subtle concave shape, giving the piece a sculptural presence.
These tiles can be displayed on a table or shelf, or hung on a wall. At roughly 6" square and about 1" deep, they bring a small but powerful moment of art into any room.
