Return & Exchange Policy
Studio e wants you to love your art. If you need to make an exchange, our policy is as follows:

  • Exchange Window: We accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item. You may exchange the piece for an item of equal value.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received, completely free of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for both the initial purchase and the subsequent exchange. All shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping Recommendation: When shipping an item back to the studio, we strongly recommend packaging the item with extreme care and using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. Studio e is not responsible for exchanges that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged Shipments:
If an item arrives damaged from transit, please contact Studio e immediately. You must send clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will only be granted if the damage is fully documented and the studio is notified within this 7-day window.
