Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Studio e wants you to love your art. If you need to make an exchange or return, our policy is as follows:

• Refund Policy: Every creation by Studio e and Emily Williams-Wheeler is an original, one-of-a-kind, handmade work of art. Because of the bespoke nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. We gladly offer merchandise exchanges as detailed below.

• Exchange Window: We accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your item. You may exchange the piece for an item of equal value.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be in the exact condition they were received, completely free of wear, alteration, or damage.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for both the initial purchase and the subsequent exchange. All shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

• Return Shipping Recommendation: When shipping an item back to the studio, we strongly recommend packaging the item with extreme care and using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. Studio e is not responsible for exchanges that are lost or damaged in transit.

• Damaged Shipments: If an item arrives damaged from transit, please contact Studio e immediately. You must send clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging within 14 days of delivery to our support team at emily@emilywilliamswheeler.com. A replacement or studio credit will only be granted if the damage is fully documented and the studio is notified within this 14-day window.​

Privacy Policy
Your trust is incredibly important to us. Studio e will never sell, rent, or share your private information, email address, or contact details with any third party. You can be fully assured that we keep our secrets safe.​

Ceramic & Pottery Care
Studio e functional pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, making it perfect for everyday use. However, because handmade stoneware retains temperature beautifully, handles may become warm or hot after microwaving—please use a potholder or caution when removing. As with any handmade ceramic item, gentle handwashing is highly encouraged to prolong the life of the piece.
