Studio e will accept merchandise exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your items. We are glad to offer you the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage.

If an item should arrive damaged, please contact Studio e immediately and send photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented, and Studio e is contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. 

Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Studio e is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

Studio e and Emily Williams-Wheeler whimsically create all items which are imperfectly perfect. They are one-of-a-kind, handmade works of art, including bold and bright acrylic paintings, colorful clay pieces, etc. and variations occur and are celebrated. 

Studio e pottery is food, dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted. As with any ceramic item, handwashing is encouraged.
